Responsibilities

As a Support Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking information and assistance through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with clients through live chat, providing friendly and professional support
  • Answering inquiries related to our services, appointment scheduling, and general mental health information
  • Documenting client interactions and maintaining accurate records of chats
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary
  • Working collaboratively with the administrative and clinical teams to improve the overall client experience
  • Staying up-to-date with our services and policies to provide accurate information to clients
  • Contributing to the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles to streamline support

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or a similar role (preferred)
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
