Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring data integrity, and providing administrative support as needed. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Data Entry: Enter customer and account data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Management: Enter new SKUs and pricing in the system, verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source material, and upload documents/backup records in the Salesforce system.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence.
  • Account Management: Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile Purchase Orders and conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills and Abilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities:

  • Data Entry Software: Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on data integrity.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Education and Experience

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Related Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
