About the Role
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the daily administration of our 401(k) plan and other benefits programs. You'll work closely with our senior leadership team and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, while also identifying opportunities to improve and streamline our processes. Your expertise in data analysis, project management, and benefits administration will be essential in driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily administration of our 401(k) plan and other benefits programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate with senior leadership team and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our processes
- Develop and implement business solutions to meet client and business needs, while building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
- Provide analytical support and guidance to senior management to inform plan design decisions
- Conduct on-site visits and audits to ensure service and financial goals are met according to contractual agreements
- Manage digital eligibility files and discrepancies for all benefits plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Develop and implement project plans to manage plan design changes, ensuring adoption of changes and report requirements
- Provide professional advice and guidance to others in the application of data and best practices
- Model compliance with company guidelines and standards, supporting business projects, values, and ethics
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with benefits administration software, such as ADP or Paychex
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, data analysis, or a related field
- Experience with data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with compliance regulations, such as ERISA and HIPAA
- Experience with benefits administration software, such as Workday or BambooHR
