Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Success Manager III at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving customer success and loyalty across our customer base. You'll partner closely with internal teams, provide input to customer strategic plans, and help customers identify areas to improve their use of arenaflex products. Your goal will be to ensure customers derive value from their investment in arenaflex, utilize all of their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with other arenaflex teams to ensure adoption and a successful renewal.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customers achieve their desired business outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to drive customer success and loyalty
- Provide input to customer strategic plans and help customers identify areas to improve their use of arenaflex products
- Analyze customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates, and growth opportunities to develop strategies for success
- Develop and maintain a continuous close relationship with the relevant Application Sales Representative(s) throughout the customer lifecycle
- Advocate on behalf of customers with sales, product, and support organizations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and health scores to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and deliver regular business reviews and success plans to senior executives and key business partners
- Participate in the development of tools and resources used by the Customer Success team
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop and implement customer success strategies and plans
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum of 8 years of experience delivering technology and business outcomes for customers and customer success related activities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as Computing or Business & Information Technology
- Proven ability to develop and cultivate lasting customer relationships with limited resources
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
- Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, persistent, and proactive approach to customer success
- Confident and engaging presentation skills, personable, positive, approachable, and tenacious
- Commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to drive customer success
- Resilient and able to handle pressured situations
- Strong time management work ethic and focus on delivery
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a cloud-based/SaaS technology environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of customer success strategies and plans
- Ability to travel (up to 20% of the time)

Work Arrangements
arenaflex offers a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a combination of remote and in-office work. Employees within 30 commutable miles of an arenaflex office are required to work from the office a minimum of 30 business days per quarter. Remote work arrangements are available for employees who are not located near an arenaflex office.
