Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Coordinator for Card Account Servicing, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing personalized support and guidance to customers to help them manage their card accounts
- Identifying and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

Essential Qualifications
