Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group. As a Quality Control Norms Information Expert Understudy, you will assist in utilizing data to create, present, and make proposals for novel thoughts and activities, as well as perform basic analysis to relieve the risk of nonconformance through process enhancements. These enhancements will uphold arenaflex's objectives, including keeping up with low costs, modernizing the operation, and improving consistency, thereby giving an upper hand to arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components.

• Help with creating and conveying results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical Clients and Leaders.
• Assist with examining ad-hoc requests arising due to emerging support issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities.
• Present insights, patterns, and potential proposals by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the applicable marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
• Help with creating and disseminating specific questions to pull and arrange data from different sources, laying out the rhythm, and approving the need of the information requirements.
• Recognize irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the Group.
• Assess the effectiveness of processes and techniques by observing for patterns and errors.
• Ensure that a consistency outlook is at the forefront of every decision.
• May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey complex ideas and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to review business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
• Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis software, such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

* Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
