A Typical Day as a Data Entry/Indexing Professional
As a Data Entry/Indexing professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images
* Performing document classification validation of automatically classified documents
* Conducting data validation of automatically extracted data from digital documents
* Validating redaction of automatically applied redaction of digital documents
* Performing manual meta-data indexing from digital documents
* Ensuring quality control of documents converted to digital format
* Conducting check data validation of incoming checks
* Reconciling check batch totals
* Distributing check amounts to appropriate accounts as required by the customer
What We're Looking For
* Testing Required: Data Entry will be sent to you before resume submittal
* Proficiency in typing and willingness to take a typing test
* Experience in high-speed data entry
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality work
* Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and be flexible
* Ability to perform repetitive work according to set procedures while maintaining quality and production standards
