Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Superior Service: Receive in-bound calls from customers and provide exceptional service, listening to their concerns, solving problems, and working with them to find a resolution.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1 Year Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience providing customer support, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Great Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, with a love for talking to people and ability to "wow" customers on every call.
- Relentless Drive: A relentless drive to own customers' problems and ability to think outside of the box to resolve them.
- Education: A minimum high school diploma or GED.
- Home Office Environment: Ability to commit to having a home office environment that is free of distractions or responsibilities outside of the role during working hours assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and experience would be highly beneficial:
- Minimum 2 Years Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience providing customer support in a call center, banking, insurance, or sales environment/industry.
- Excellent Verbal, Written, and Listening Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- College Degree: A college degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
- Prior Experience in a Work-from-Home Position: Prior experience in a work-from-home position, with a strong understanding of remote work and the ability to work independently.
- Bilingual: Bilingual in English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write the Spanish language fluently.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to Adapt to Change: Ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be required to:
- Prolonged Periods of Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Flexible Schedules: Work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to start as late as 12pm EST and work until 9pm EST.
- Internet Requirements: Have internet services with a minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps on the download side and a minimum of 3 Mbps on the upload side.
- General Office Demands: Meet the general office demands of the role, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for short periods of time.
