Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst on our Workforce Activities team, you'll play a critical role in driving performance optimization and process enhancements across our stores. You'll work closely with our field partners, HR teams, and senior leadership to identify areas for improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and implement changes that drive business results. Key Responsibilities

* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive process improvements and optimize workforce activities

• Perform data gathering, analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions and drive performance optimization
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency
• Create reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams, including HR, operations, and field partners, to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, data analysis, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of business operations, including workforce management, performance metrics, and process optimization

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or field-based industry

• Knowledge of ASDS (Associate Data Scientist) principles and practices
• Experience leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements
• Strong quantitative skills, including statistics, data analysis, and data visualization
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop data-driven solutions

* Work from home, with occasional travel required (less than 10% of the time)
