Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and retention. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with Customers: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Safety and Security: Maintain a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring the safety and security of yourself and others while working in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues, assisting with new processes and technologies to achieve success.
- Problem-Solving: Navigate challenging situations with composure and adaptability, resolving issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, with the physical ability to carry and handle luggage.
- SIDA Badge: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Attendance and Uniform Standards: Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
