Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in helping individuals navigate their healthcare plans and make informed decisions about their medical care. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to questions, and providing solutions to complex problems. Through your expertise and knowledge, you will empower our members to take control of their healthcare and make informed decisions about their well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to questions about healthcare plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Provide solutions to complex problems and empower members to make informed decisions about their healthcare
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve member satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards

Requirements
* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military experience)
- PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
