Responsibilities As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments. * Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, ensuring you're up-to-date on the latest offerings and features. * Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review. * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and resolving issues efficiently. * Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, sharing best practices and knowledge to drive business results. Qualifications To succeed as a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. * The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred. * Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change. * A positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Gaming experience is preferred, but not required. Requirements To join our team, you'll need to: * Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST. * Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training. * Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred. * Possess a positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment. * Gaming experience is preferred.
