What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Center Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supervising and Directing Customer Service Activities: You'll oversee the daily operations of our customer care center, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Handling Customer Service Issues: You'll be responsible for resolving complex customer complaints and issues, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and loyal.
  • Reviewing and Managing Key Metrics: You'll analyze and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, customer satisfaction, delivery efficiency, and net promoter scores.
  • Training and Developing Customer Service Representatives: You'll provide coaching, mentoring, and training to our customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Providing Support to Remote Delivery Centers: You'll work closely with our remote delivery centers across the US, providing support and guidance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensuring Prompt Responses and Resolutions: You'll coordinate with sales, delivery managers, and corporate staff to resolve complex customer billing or service issues promptly and efficiently.

What You Bring:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Five Years or More of Job-Related Experience: You'll have a proven track record of management success in a related customer service environment.
  • Proven Leadership Skills: You'll have a strong ability to lead and motivate teams, with a proven track record of success in a management role.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Analytical Ability: You'll be able to review and understand business reports, with a strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to Lead and Develop Teams: You'll have a proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on employee growth and development.
