Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Telehealth Support Agent, you will be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and their families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinicians. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer care, ensuring that patients and their families feel supported and cared for throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and their families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinicians

  • Provide exceptional customer care, ensuring that patients and their families feel supported and cared for
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor
  • Collaborate with clinicians to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer care skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)
  • Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a healthcare or telehealth setting

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and telehealth platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Monday – Friday schedule with flexibility to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays
