Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Online/Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team on a part-time, temporary basis (10-20 hours/week). As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to HIPAA compliance guidelines. Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance guidelines when handling sensitive data
  • Work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry and management
  • Participate in regular remote staff meetings and video conferences
  • Develop and maintain a HIPAA compliant home office/workspace
  • Provide own computer and reliable internet access
  • Meet productivity and efficiency targets, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Key Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance guidelines and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite
  • Experience with data management software (Smart-sheet) is a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (as required)
  • Reliable internet access and a modern computer with current software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with children's Protected Health Information (PHI)

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's digital solutions and management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting

Note:

* This is a part-time, temporary position (10-20 hours/week)

  • The initial 90-day training period requires a regular schedule between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday
  • After the training period, work hours may be scheduled between 8:00 AM-10:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday
  • Employees must provide their own computer and reliable internet access
  • To be considered for this position, the prospective Data Entry Clerk must have the following equipment and software:
