Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Data Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses. Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing large-scale data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze data from various sources
• Creating ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to extract data from multiple sources, transform it into a standardized format, and load it into a data warehouse
• Collaborating with the data science team to integrate data models and calculations into automated processes
• Working with cloud-based platforms, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, to design and deploy scalable data architectures
• Developing and maintaining data stores and data models to support business intelligence and data analytics
• Investigating current data technology trends to identify and evaluate new tools and technologies to meet business needs
• Exploring new tools and technologies to determine the best approach for a given project or use case

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on cloud computing and Python programming
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and database management
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Strong communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications
