Job Summary
We're seeking compassionate and skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team in supporting a non-profit organization that processes scholarships for students attending K-12 private schools. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting families and schools with the answers they need, ensuring that all questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and students are registered. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming calls related to student inquiries, scholarship application, and funding status
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that callers are satisfied and students are registered
- Work closely with families and schools to resolve issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex issues and provide empathetic, personable, and compassionate support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's quality standards
- Collaborate with the team to achieve performance goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* At least one year of customer service/call center experience
- English proficiency (a language assessment will be required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering an excellent customer service experience
- Ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate during sometimes difficult, tense situations
- Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and the ability to multitask
- Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a non-profit or education-related field
- Familiarity with scholarship programs or student enrollment processes
- Proficiency in multiple languages (dependent on the client's requirements)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
