About the role
We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Virtual Chat Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through online live chat, phone, and email.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through online live chat, phone, and email to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided to customers
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements

- Excellent critical thinking skills to quickly assess and address customer needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
