Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through our online chat platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary
• Utilizing knowledge base resources to provide accurate information to customers
• Collaborating with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve service quality
• Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution

Requirements
