Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Advertising and promoting shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat, following up with them, and encouraging them to place an order
- Closing sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
- Collaborating with our closers to ensure seamless sales processes and exceptional customer experiences
- Managing and maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads and advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and follow up with them to encourage sales
