Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives. Labcorp is seeking a Customer Service Support Rep - Patient Customer Service within the Revenue Cycle Management Division to join our team. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm EST Training hours: 9am to 6pm EST

Responsibilities

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office or private insurance carriers.
• Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances.
• Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
• Maintain performance goals
• Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year or more customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year or more call center experience
• 1 year or more medical billing, insurance claims, and explanation of benefits
• 1 year or more patient billing
