Develop and maintain technical content for customer service representatives to effectively assist Netflix subscribers. Create visually appealing and user-friendly content that is easy to understand and follow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content. Continuously review and update existing technical content to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest technical trends and developments to incorporate into content. Communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner for non-technical audiences. Work closely with the customer service team to understand their needs and challenges and provide solutions through technical content. Implement feedback from customer service representatives to improve the effectiveness of technical content. Ensure consistency and adherence to Netflix's brand voice and tone in all technical content. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. Train and educate customer service representatives on new technical content and updates. Collaborate with other teams, such as product and engineering, to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content. Stay updated on customer feedback and use it to improve the customer service experience. Maintain a customer-centric mindset and continuously strive to improve the customer service experience through technical content. Adhere to deadlines and ensure timely delivery of technical content.
