Corporate Travel Advisor – Remote
Description: Role Summary As a key member of the Operations Team, the Corporate Travel Advisor is responsible for the successful delivery of comprehensive, accurate, and cost-effective travel arrangements for Solutions Travel clients. This role supports both online and offline booking environments, providing first-level customer and technical support while ensuring compliance with client travel policies and service level agreements (SLAs). The advisor operates in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts and delivering exceptional service across omni-channel platforms. Requirements: Requirements for Success
- Minimum 6+ years of experience providing domestic and international corporate travel arrangements
- Minimum 6 years of Sabre GDS experience (essential) with strong proficiency in ticketing, exchanges, and reissues
- Strong knowledge of airline fares, ticketing rules, and international travel regulations
- Proven ability to produce lowest logical airfare within client policy guidelines
- Strong understanding of international routing and fare construction
- Experience handling seasoned travelers and high-touch service expectations
- Proficient in online booking tools, NDC processes, and offline booking workflows
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and chat platforms
- Superior customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt to change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
