Job Description

Hiring.zycto is searching for an experienced and driven Ecommerce Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home office while contributing to our global success. As our Ecommerce Manager, you will be the strategic architect behind our online sales channels, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies that drive traffic, enhance user experience, and significantly boost conversion rates and revenue. Your role will encompass the full spectrum of e-commerce operations, from platform management and product merchandising to digital marketing campaign oversight and data analysis. You will be instrumental in identifying market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to ensure Hiring.zycto remains at the forefront of the digital retail landscape. A deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and analytics platforms is crucial. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure a seamless and compelling customer journey from discovery to post-purchase support. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and optimize all aspects of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Oversee product merchandising, content management, and promotional activities on the website.
  • Lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analyze website performance data, customer behavior, and sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Manage online inventory, pricing, and promotional calendars in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Identify and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging e-commerce technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and customer experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in e-commerce management.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales and revenue growth.
  • Expertise in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing).
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for a remote team.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience with international e-commerce operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
