Remote Physical Therapist in MN

A contract position is available for a Physical Therapist specializing in telehealth services within an educational environment. This role supports students from Pre-K through 12th grade, delivering therapeutic interventions and assessments remotely. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing physical therapy evaluations and treatments via telehealth to students ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that align with student needs and educational goals.
• Collaborating with educators and other professionals to support student progress and participation.
• Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicating effectively with families to ensure understanding and engagement in therapy goals.

Desired qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience working with school-aged populations, preferably across a wide grade range (Pre-K through 12th grade).
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote service delivery.
