About The Role We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for a wide range of healthcare positions. Your primary focus will be to collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, identify suitable candidates through various channels, and manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a related recruitment role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (preferred)

• Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals to expand the talent pool
• Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare regulations, and best practices in recruitment
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals
