Personal assistant needed - Contract to Hire
Hi! I’m looking for a reliable personal assistant to help me stay organized day-to-day, manage tasks, and keep my schedule running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and already familiar with using Motion (the AI scheduling and task management app) to organize priorities and workflows.
Responsibilities
Include:
- Managing and organizing tasks inside Motion
- Scheduling and calendar coordination
- Helping prioritize daily and weekly to-dos
- Light admin support (emails, reminders, follow-ups)
- Keeping systems and routines consistent
Requirements:
- Strong experience using Motion for task and schedule management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proactive mindset (you don’t wait to be told every step)
- Ability to work independently and keep things moving
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small business owners
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or ClickUp
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
