Curriculum Developer II / Instructional Developer II
Job Description:
- Independently develop and revise Navy training materials in support of CTC courseware modernization and sustainment efforts.
- Assist with development and revision of lesson plans, trainee guides, assessments, and presentation materials.
- Format products using approved templates, style guides, and authoring tools.
- Incorporate Government review comments and directed edits.
- Support OMS repositories, file naming conventions, and version control logs.
- Conduct proofreading, hyperlink checks, and quality control reviews.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years Navy curriculum development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Excellent writing, proofreading and design skills to develop training course materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess excellent written and spoken use of the English language.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; and attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
