Loan Servicing Representative
The Loan Servicing Representative is a critical, detail-driven role responsible for managing day-to-day loan servicing and transactional workflows for a healthcare FinTech company based in Nashville, Tennessee. This position focuses on accuracy, ownership, and efficiency in processing financial data and supporting internal teams. Responsibilities:
- Post payments and process transactions with a high level of accuracy
- Support funding requests and ensure timely delivery of reports to banking partners
- Manage invoicing and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain clean and accurate account records and resolve exceptions
- Perform reconciliation and identify discrepancies in financial data
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, customer success, and servicing teams
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- Utilize Excel and internal systems to manage and track data
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in loan servicing, banking, healthcare revenue cycle, or similar transactional and accounting roles
- Strong Excel skills required including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience with payment posting, invoicing, or reconciliation work
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Must be based in Tennessee for this fully remote role
