As a Data Entry and Claims Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Supporting and promoting change management initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and procedures.
- Meeting or exceeding departmental quality and service standards, delivering routine work independently in a timely manner and meeting deadlines accordingly.
- Making routine and non-routine decisions, applying limited but increasingly more discretion within the role, except for matters of significance that affect the business as a whole or a significant part of it, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Determining eligibility and confirming effective dates for benefit elections based on contractual guidelines, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims.
- Leveraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create and modify member level records across multiple products, applications, and platforms, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Verifying dates, names, salary figures, and other information provided by groups, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of member records.
- Applying policy provisions for effective dates, evidence of insurability, and other pertinent information to determine necessary changes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Considering the customer experience in all actions, recognizing what needs to be done to meet customer needs, and demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness in system work independently.
