Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Care Guide at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-tier service to our clients via telephone, email, and online platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Helping clients and other counselors with charging/protection checks, items, or service questions
  • Overseeing both inbound and outbound calls
  • Proactively identifying answers to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction
  • Adopting an empathetic approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or escalating to pharmacy specialists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is required
  • Providing exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Assisting with responding to client requests regarding their protection and copays, as needed
  • Furnishing our clients with specialized support while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com
  • Serving clients promptly to ensure we are building a long-term relationship with them
  • Recognizing that every interaction is about more than resolving a single issue, but a chance to build a lasting relationship

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in using computer software and online platforms, including email and web-based applications
  • Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
