Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Care Guide at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-tier service to our clients via telephone, email, and online platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Helping clients and other counselors with charging/protection checks, items, or service questions
- Overseeing both inbound and outbound calls
- Proactively identifying answers to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction
- Adopting an empathetic approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or escalating to pharmacy specialists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is required
- Providing exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment
- Assisting with responding to client requests regarding their protection and copays, as needed

- Serving clients promptly to ensure we are building a long-term relationship with them
- Recognizing that every interaction is about more than resolving a single issue, but a chance to build a lasting relationship
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
