Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive prompt, courteous, and professional service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, using our customer support software to track and analyze customer data
- Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve our overall service quality
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team, contributing to the development of new processes and procedures that enhance our service delivery
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Language Proficiency: Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English is required, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication) is preferred, but not mandatory
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer support role is required, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving complex issues
- Technical Skills: Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.) is essential, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential
