Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Tempe, AZ. As a Payroll Administrator, you'll be responsible for performing a range of tasks related to payroll data entry, verification, and exportation. Key Responsibilities

As a Payroll Administrator with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Inputting payroll data into Excel spreadsheets with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verifying payroll information to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Exporting payroll data to payroll systems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with the payroll team to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols at all times

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of previous experience in an administrative position with a heavy focus on data entry
  • Proven track record of longevity in previous positions, with a minimum of 1 year of continuous service
  • Prior payroll experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
