The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Coordinator – Collections (Bilingual Spanish), you'll be the voice of arenaflex, advocating for our customers and delivering personalized solutions to their unique needs. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and escalating concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Investigating customer complaints, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Supporting and guiding other customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
  • Maintaining accurate records, reporting trends, and analyzing data to inform business decisions

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues and escalating concerns to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Investigate customer complaints, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Support and guide other customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
  • Maintain accurate records, report trends, and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide informed solutions to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of experience working in the financial or credit card industry

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a call center
  • Experience with collections and customer service software
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Work from Home Technology Requirements:

* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

  • Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
  • ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

Work from Home Location Requirements:

* This role is 100% work from home

  • We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories
  • Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California

Salary Information:

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount arenaflex is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed-upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

  • Work From Home: $49,774 - $49,774
  • Remote (Regardless of Location): $49,774 - $49,774
  • Richmond, VA: $49,774 - $49,774
