Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any discrepancies or issues, providing clear and concise updates and solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy, with a minimum of 40 words per minute typing speed.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior data entry experience is a plus, but not required. We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
