What You'll Do
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and promoting our Stryker Sage products to healthcare professionals and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive Focus and Targeted Organic Growth: Collaborate with the Sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted strategies to achieve accretive op margin performance across our legacy products.
- Promote Stryker Sage Products: Educate and inform healthcare professionals about the benefits and features of our products, providing excellent customer service and developing strong relationships with our customers.
- Educate and Inform Healthcare Professionals: Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills they need to effectively use our products.
- Meet Targeted Objectives: Work closely with the Sales team to meet targeted objectives within your assigned geography, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
- Assist in Hospital Surveys and Post-Sale Implementation: Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure seamless implementation and training of our products, ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction: Demonstrate teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity, and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
- May Assist in Preparation and Operation of Trade Shows, Conventions, and Clinical Meetings: Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare and execute trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings, promoting our products and building relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Keep Sales Leaders and Sales Representatives Informed: Regularly update Sales Leaders and Sales Representatives on territory and project progress, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Solve Product Problems: Expedite the resolution of product problems for customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
- Understand and Adhere to Facility Protocols and OSHA Guidelines: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all facility protocols and pertinent OSHA guidelines when conducting product evaluation.
- Adhere to GMP Policies and Procedures: Understand and adhere to all GMP policies and procedures as stipulated by the FDA and other governing bodies.
What You Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare.
- 0-2 Years Professional Experience: Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent Time Management, Project Management, and Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
Physical Requirements
As a Customer Success Associate, you may be required to:
- Move, Set Up, and Demonstrate Products: Move, set up, and demonstrate products weighing up to 50 pounds, requiring reach, push, or pull to accomplish job accountabilities.
- Prolonged Periods of Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Bending, Sitting, Standing, and/or Crawling: Spend prolonged periods in these positions, requiring coordination of the eye, hand, and foot movement.
- Grasp by Hand and Meet Cognitive Demands: Grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands, including visual and auditory discrimination, memory, reading ability, and memory retention.
