Job Summary
As an Afterhours Customer Care Representative & Account Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers. This role requires a strong background in customer care, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, processing customer service requests, and updating customer portals. Responsibilities
* Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer service requests, including updating customer portals and notifying customers of service dates
- Work closely with arenaflex Service Coordinators to ensure seamless communication and coordination with customers
- Upload documentation to customer portals and accounting/work order system
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in customer care, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and other documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple phone calls and customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve customer issues in a fair and efficient manner
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a similar industry, such as electrical or energy services
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
