Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, responding to phone inquiries and addressing their concerns with care, detail, and empathy. You will work under direct instruction and close supervision, with clear instructions and guidance provided on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis. This is an entry-point role into professional roles, offering opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

* Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits better by using knowledge gained from training, problem-solving skills, and added support from your team to answer patient calls effectively.

• Use expert listening skills to address patient questions and concerns empathetically and document all interactions.
• Assist patients with prescription refills, scheduling shipments, and addressing billing questions.
• Work collaboratively with your team to resolve patient issues and concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

What You Should Have

* High School Diploma / GED required

• 1 year of relevant call center experience preferred
• 1 year Previous medical insurance or pharmacy experience preferred
• General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Empathetic and genuine customer service skills

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17 - $18 per hour, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
