Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and producers, including:
- Providing helpful and professional insurance service needs to clients and producers
- Processing binder requests, endorsements, policies, and other critical documents
- Verifying critical information for file documentation, including premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, forms, and more
- Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Working with internal departments to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Comfortable with cross-selling and upselling opportunities to grow our business
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Property and Casualty (P&C) license
- At least 1+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience in a retail brokerage setting
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other insurance software systems
- In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience with CRM software and other technology platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements
