Experienced Customer Service Representative – Central Reservations – Remote Opportunity

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative in our Central Reservations department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling customer inquiries, and booking new reservations. This is a seasonal position, lasting until Mid-September 2025, with the possibility of converting to a year-round employee based on performance. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering quality service, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist guests with booking new lodging, tour, and activity reservations
- Handle general customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Build rapport with guests and generate excitement for visiting arenaflex properties
- Utilize sales skills to up-sell, cross-sell, and overcome objections
- Provide effective problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills
- Maintain a professional and polished demeanor with a positive, upbeat, and friendly personality
- Work effectively in a team environment and adapt to change in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
- Meet or exceed sales and service targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong sales aptitude with ability to up-sell, cross-sell, and overcome objections
- Excellent problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills
- Effective communication skills
- Passionate about delivering quality service and making a difference in the guest experience
- Professional and polished demeanor with a positive, upbeat, and friendly personality
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and internet browser proficiency
- Ability to work in a remote environment with a minimum 50 MBPS internet connection at home
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous hospitality experience providing sales or customer service in a call center environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex destinations and properties

Compensation and Benefits
* $16 per hour with the ability to make up to $18.75 per hour with variable compensation (incentive)
