Job Summary

As a life insurance benefits advisor at arenaflex, you'll work remotely to serve clients and offer valuable advice and protection to individuals and their families. You'll be responsible for contacting leads, scheduling virtual meetings, and presenting benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate relationships with them. Key Responsibilities

* Contact the leads we provide to schedule virtual meetings with clients

  • Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate relationships with them
  • Collaborate with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, then achieve them through dedicated effort and determination
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve client outcomes and drive business growth
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Qualifications

* Possession of, or willingness to obtain a life license

  • Basic computer literacy is essential
  • Laptop or computer with camera is required
  • Must reside in North America
  • Sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Strong knowledge of life insurance products and benefits, with a passion for helping others understand and navigate these complex topics
  • Experience working in a virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote work tools and technologies
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor and develop others

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Average 1st yr $60-75K / Avg 2nd yr $120K commission + bonuses
