As a Lockbox Processor, you'll be responsible for scanning and processing receivables payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in your work. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high productivity and quality levels, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities

As a Lockbox Processor at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Extracting remittances based on standard operating procedures
• Processing and/or reconciling transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Ensuring the appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions
• Confirming equipment is operational, if applicable
• Providing feedback on workflow and work received
• Reviewing transactions and related documents and verifying work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• No degree required; high school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive functions and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and attention to detail skills
• Basic ten key skills and some machine operation may be required

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

• Previous experience in a data entry or scanning environment
• Knowledge of banking or financial services industry
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures and policies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
