Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Banker (Float), you will be part of the Branch Resource Team, supporting a defined group of branches in arenaflex's Branch Network. You will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions, and be responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships. You will work closely with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and educate customers on bank products, services, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions
- Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services
- Serve in a concierge role by servicing walk-in customers, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, and balancing daily while providing exemplary customer service
- Effectively resolve customer issues and provide education on bank products, services, and technology
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
- Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong internal partnerships pursuant to OCR guidelines
- Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory related policies and procedures
- Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, investments, business banking, communication, and presentation
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
- 1 year of banking experience
