Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support, including handling incoming faxes, reporting, maintaining databases, and managing inventory supplies and marketing materials
- Assisting customers with basic inquiries and needs, such as processing payments, taking messages, and directing calls
- Logging service inquiries and documenting relevant information
- Scheduling sales and service appointments for retail team members
- Conducting initial research on service inquiries and forwarding for appropriate handling
- Making deliveries to postal services
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year customer service experience dealing with customers via telephone and in-person
- Experience performing supportive functions in a customer-oriented environment
- Proficient in general computer operations with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
