Your Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally: You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and their members, and you'll need to be able to handle calls with empathy and professionalism.
  • Researching and providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries: You'll need to be able to research and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Accurately documenting call details: You'll need to be able to accurately document call details and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, even in difficult situations.
  • Meeting team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily: You'll need to be able to meet or exceed team goals for quality and customer satisfaction.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment is required: You'll need to have at least 1 year of experience in a call center environment.

Job Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older: You'll need to be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent: You'll need to have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service: You'll need to have at least 1 year of experience in a single job, preferably in customer service.
  • Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days: You'll need to be able to attend work regularly and have no absences in the first 90 days.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM: You'll need to be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download: You'll need to have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
  • Secure, private work area at home: You'll need to have a secure, private work area at home.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends: You'll need to be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
