Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis (15-20 hours per week). As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through their orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional sales support. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Guiding customers through their orders and processing them in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology
• Communicating with positive, friendly customers via phone, email, and chat
• Helping customers navigate their accounts and resolving any issues that may arise
• Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about our products, pricing, and availability
• Working with internal departments to meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations
• Resolving product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions in a timely and professional manner
• Submitting quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience; sales experience is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
