Job Summary:

As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our Canton, MI branch, providing personalized banking solutions to our walk-in customers. You'll be responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs, recommending suitable deposit and other banking products and services. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your ability to understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues

  • Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
  • Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
  • Cash handling skills
  • Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services

* Experience in sales, customer service, relationship management, and banking

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other banking software
