Primary Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Student Loan Counseling. Your primary duties will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, with a focus on outbound calls to students of our clients
- Providing clear and concise verbal and written communications to assist customers with repayment of their educational obligations
- Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
- Following policies and procedures for escalations and updates to customer records
- Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with the team
- Adhering to federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
- Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Training Schedule
During the first two weeks of employment, you will participate in comprehensive training, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm CST. This training will cover all aspects of the role, including our CRM system, policies and procedures, and customer service best practices.
Education and Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
