Job Summary As a Customer Care Specialist on our FinOps team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers with financial-related inquiries. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with arenaflex. This is a remote-eligible position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
