Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our healthcare clients by researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is entered accurately and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries from healthcare providers and clients in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that all data is entered accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining open communication with the team

Key Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented

Preferred Requirements

* Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
